Chili lime salt is a go-to seasoning. It adds a flavor boost to chicken wings, carne asada, jalapeno poppers, fruit ,drinks, the list goes on and on. But we found that the products available at the grocery store are really sour. Rather than enhancing the flavor of our food, they overpowered it. So we set out to create our own blend that was well balanced and complementary.
Our Blend
For years, we have wanted to create a chili lime seasoning recipe that reflected our taste and lifestyle. So when we decided to finally go for it, we sourced out quality ingredients. We found a subtle natural lime flavor, earthy chili peppers and warm sweet honey. What we ended up with is the perfect amount of tanginess, followed by a smoky heat and ends with a sweet finish.
We finally have a chili lime salt that makes our BBQ better, brightens our fruit and adds body to our beer. We hope you love it as much as we do!
